Your Teebly profile is how golfers find, understand and decide whether to book your venue. To set your venue up for success, review your profile, staff access and automation settings to support a smooth customer experience.

1. Review your venue profile
Golfers trust that your venue information is accurate and up to date, so they know what they’re booking. Ensure photos, pricing, policies, hours of availability, bay descriptions and bay features are correct.
2. Enable notifications
You can enable email and real-time dashboard notifications in the account section of your Teebly dashboard. Notifications give you insight into booking activity and door access errors. Get alerts when golfers book and if your door access system runs into any issues.
3. Add staff members
Invite staff members to manage your venue. Once invited, staff members can create an account and access the sections you assign them. You can change or revoke staff access at any time.

4. Add your profile link to your website
Add your Teebly profile link to your website so golfers can book your venue directly. Simply copy your venue’s booking URL from Teebly and add it where your website directs customers to book.
Venues often add a “Book Now” button to their homepage, navigation and simulator bays page.
5. Install Teebly Bay Tools on simulator computers
Teebly Bay Tools is a Windows application installed on simulator bay computers that lets you automate bays, message bays and encourage customers to extend their booking. With Teebly Bay Tools, you can:
- Send messages to the simulator bays for technical support.
- Manually lock and unlock bays to reduce overstays.
- Automatically encourage extensions near the end of a booking, if available.
- Optionally automate bays to lock and unlock around bookings.
Venues that don’t need automation often use Bay Tools to message bays for technical support and encourage booking extensions to automatically increase revenue.

6. Set up bay automation
You can use either Teebly Bay Tools or smart plugs, or a combination of both, to automate bays around bookings. For example, a venue may use Teebly Bay Tools to automate projectors and monitors and smart plugs to control bay lights.

7. Configure door access
You can connect your door lock directly in the Teebly dashboard. When enabled, golfers receive a booking confirmation email with door access details and can access your venue through the Teebly app. Golfers can unlock the door up to 15 minutes before their booking starts and up to the end of their booking.
