How custom venue policies work

Teebly allows venues to add custom policies, waivers and rules that customers accept at checkout. In the Teebly dashboard, venues can write their own policies or paste an existing document, then format the text. Once saved, customers must accept these terms when booking.

Common venue policies

Policy type	Example
Waiver	Assumption of risk, liability release and indemnity language.
Facility rules	Food, alcohol, equipment, footwear or conduct rules.
Safety rules	Swing and ball safety and equipment use expectations.
Cancellation policy	Refund rules, no-show terms and late cancellation terms.
Damage policy	Customer responsibility for damage to venue or equipment.
