I didnt have any food so no rating Service was rocky. Been to many of these places but there was no in booth service. Had to leave you booth and get your own. Nice place and clean Well organized. The lighting needs work. Too dark im most areas
I had the opportunity to visit Links and Drinks yesterday with a couple of friends. We needed a indoor outing to replace our rained-out kayak trip. This was the perfect thing to do. I haven't picked up a golf club in a number of years, it was really nice to swing a club again. I'll defiantly have to return. We ordered a couple drinks and pizza. Drinks we're kind of on the weaker side however, the pizza was outstanding. I will defiantly be back to try other options.
Had a bay reserved for 3 hours (10:30 to 1:30), and we were brand new to this type of tracker so it took a few minutes to figure out. Would be tremendously helpful if there was a paper to explain how the whole system works or have someone who works there run through the program(after 3 hours, we still didnt understand the putting). We could have also played a bit faster if we knew that the mulligan button didnt disappear after 2 seconds, and was still on the screen during the next players attempt. It would also be helpful for timing, if the screens didnt have a hole in it where the ball would roll through. We lost count the amount of times we had to get on our hands and knees to retrieve our ball ( Ill talk more about this at the end) First showed up the atmosphere was really good. The music was on point for the age cohort and nothing seemed to rushed. Bloody Mary was on point and the cheese curds were really really good. Roughly half way through the reservation, everything changed. The average age of the people there was right around 40, but yet we had over 90 minutes of 80 love ballads. Nothing says golf and fun energy like listening to an hour straight of slow love songs from before you were the age of 5. The last 15 minutes of the reservation might have been the most awkward experience I had. There is really no place for people waiting for their reservation, besides the tables that are near the bays. This means for the last 15 minutes of our reservation we had a family with kids under the age of ten just sitting there staring at us. We felt rushed and our shots became erratic. We started our 18th hole and after 1 shot, a guy came up and quickly said " You only have 5 minutes left." First off, first time seeing that person and didnt know who they were. Secondly, our screen had a hole in it, and that hole was directly in the path of every single putt we had to do. In terms of timing for the bay that should be taken into account because we spent our time pushing the screen back, while other bays were not doing that, and over the span of 3 hours pushing the screen back easily went over 5 minutes. I will own up to the fact that we were over out limit by 4 minutes, but as a place that caters to golfers, I had 1 putt left to finish the round. NOPE, dude comes over, doesnt look at the scenario we were in, just kicks us out and doesn't even let us look at the scorecard. " YOU GUYS ARE OVER, YOU GOT TO GO." He kicked us off at 1:34 and we were out of the establishment by 1:36. Were we done with our drinks? No. Did we have time to stay and maybe have a few more, yes, but not after the last 15 minutes. The bay alone was 135 dollars and we spent money on food and drinks to bring our bill close to $245. Once again, I understand we were over by 4 minutes, but that interaction with the 1 guy really killed our mood for the rest of the entire day. Can you guys use the money we paid over the weekend to get a new screen? They are $150 online, spend the money so every bay is equal. I think it is crazy that we had to consistently get our balls and that was never taken into account. Maybe the dude (seemed like a manager or bartender) was just having a bad day but I'd rather freeze and play 18 outside in January than go back to this place after that last interaction.
Called and rented two bays for the Super Bowl, and the customer service was top of the line. The staff were amazing—super friendly and helpful. The simulators are also top of the line. Highly recommend for group experiences!
What a fun time at Links and Drinks indoor golf. The man in charge was fantastic and very attentive. I had the meatball sub and pizza. The simulator was difficult at first, but the gentleman helped us
