The staff was excellent. The food was good and they have a very big beautiful bar

We held a fun company lunch here on a Wednesday for about 120ish people that were able to come, but there was room for more - basically a front room bar, middle section simulators, and big back room simulators, plus side coves. Ryan was very communicative throughout the planning process and his staff also did a great job with the food, drinks, and helping folks with the screen settings as many of us had never done virtual golf. Prices were very reasonable and we’d definitely do another event here! We had all 16 bays to ourselves and blocked off 2 bays for 10 serious golfers to do a scramble tournament, then other folks played a mix of golf games including arcade style games. They also had darts, shuffle board, and big bar seating which added to the fun and nobody felt alienated. We could also hear each other well due to the layout. One other nice thing is they boxed up our leftover food for folks to take home so it wouldn’t go to waste! They provided the clubs, but you could also use your own clubs, which some people did. The bays were flexible in that you could change the settings at any time. The microphone worked well for our announcements. We brought in a guess the number of golf tees in a jar game and little goodie bags with branded swag (golf ball lil balm, golf club pens, post it notes), candy, and scratch off cards for prizes. 2 Tournament winners also got gift cards. Bathrooms are inclusive - single stall rooms all gender each. Only a few small things came up - start of the event was missing a few things at first that we had previously discussed, which may have been partly due to another event that was wrapping up as we were starting setup of ours - signature cocktail was missing from the menu (but that got cleared up and we wrote them on, it was nice they had a printed menu with our logo); playlist needed to be resent but no biggie, our company logo was not on the screens, the dietary restriction station came out later than the rest, but was decent once it came out - at first they said it was all gluten free (but it wasn’t labeled that way) then we found out the wraps weren’t actually gf. However, folks really liked the gluten free Vegan pizza and appreciated the spread of items. There were dealership cars in the parking lot which took a little longer to get some cleared out - definitely bring busses since the parking across the street was also pretty full and little dangerous to cross 4 lanes. We had 2 busses that parked in the fire lane.

This is a GREAT venue for a party! We recently hosted friends and everything was perfect. Food was delicious and there was a lot of it. Open bar was great. The venue itself is beautiful and allowed guests to golf, play darts, watch sports together, socialize like a cocktail party. It really had something for everyone. Most importantly, the team was phenomenal. They made sure everything went smoothly and we were happy throughout the night. It was the easiest party I’ve ever planned. Thank you to Ryan, Connor and the whole Golfzon Scarsdale team for a fantastic celebration - I highly recommend!
