I cannot say enough about the exceptional customer service at Avid Golf! We had reserved a bay for a bachelor party, but due to an unexpected equipment malfunction, they couldn’t accommodate us in another bay since they were fully booked. Cody went above and beyond to save the day—he promptly secured us a spot at another venue, handled all the scheduling, and even covered the cost! Avid Golf is not only a fantastic place to enjoy a round, but their commitment to customer satisfaction is truly unmatched. Huge thanks to Cody for turning a potential disappointment into a memorable experience.

I booked a surprise party for my boyfriend as he is really into golf. Everything from booking the venue and assistance with ordering in food, process was smooth. The staff was incredible on-site as well. Highly recommend, even if you're not a golfer!
