Pricing and operating costs

Teebly currently charges no monthly software subscription or setup fee. AllBooked’s advertised prices are Core, which covers up to three spaces, Business, which targets venues with four or more spaces and Advanced, which includes memberships.

Both Teebly and AllBooked do not charge any setup or one-time fees, and they uniquely allow you to sign up quickly without mandatory onboarding calls.

Software including memberships$0 subscriptionAdvanced: $199 USD/month equivalent, billed annually

AllBooked lists Seam access control at $50 USD per device per month. Zapier or IFTTT integrations for bay automation are sold separately.

Teebly includes Bay Tools for bay locking natively and IFTTT is optionally available for venues that want to automate device power around bookings.

Bay locking and automation

Teebly Bay Tools for Windows locks and unlocks bay computers around bookings. It also lets venues message bays and prompts golfers to extend when the following slot is available.

Since Bay Tools handles bay locking on bay computers, venues don’t need smart plugs or a separate automation subscription. Venues can use supported device integrations through IFTTT alongside Bay Tools for lights and other equipment.

AllBooked requires Zapier or IFTTT to automate power around bookings. They do not currently provide a native bay locking tool.

IFTTT device automation

Teebly connects directly to IFTTT using Bay Active and Bay Inactive triggers. Venues select a bay and connect supported devices without intermediary calendars or custom scripts. Bays remain active across back-to-back bookings, avoiding an Inactive trigger between sessions.

Because AllBooked does not directly integrate with IFTTT, setup requires a complex combination of Google Calendar and Google Apps Script, with a separate calendar link and automation setup for each bay. The Script is not officially supported by AllBooked, which can cause unexpected behaviour. This adds additional configuration and maintenance compared with Teebly’s direct integration.

Membership

Teebly memberships let venues create recurring memberships and seasonal passes with a one-time payment. Venues can issue complimentary memberships, hide plans, share invitation links and set sign-up cutoff dates.

Venues can charge a setup fee and choose whether to collect payment upfront or on the membership start date. For example, a winter pass can open for registration in October while billing begins November 1. Since some jurisdictions limit the revenue you can collect pre-opening, Teebly helps you capture membership interest and guaranteed revenue on opening day.

AllBooked supports recurring memberships with billing intervals and optional fixed end dates. AllBooked memberships may require additional setup and ongoing management.

eGift cards and waiver acceptance

Teebly includes eGift cards for venues. Customers can choose an amount, add a personalized message and schedule delivery up to 60 days in advance. Venues can also issue complimentary cards and manage existing balances.

While AllBooked does not offer a native eGift card purchase-and-redemption feature, they do list third-party integrations.

Teebly requires customers to accept the venue’s terms and waiver before booking. Venues can manage their terms, waiver and policies in their dashboard.

AllBooked does not require waiver acceptance at checkout. Venues may need a third-party integration with services such as DocuSign. Confirm with AllBooked directly how you can manage waiver acceptance.

Marketplace exposure

Teebly combines a venue-branded booking page with an indoor golf marketplace. Golfers can find venues, compare options and book participating venues. A venue can accept bookings through its own website while also appearing in search results when golfers are searching for indoor golf on Google and on the Teebly marketplace.

AllBooked provides an embeddable scheduler widget and booking links for venues to link to. No native marketplace is included.
