Definition of a stand up small business. Amazing customer service, very friendly and personable. Had my son's birthday party here , parents could hang out and kids couldn't leave the building very safe environment, the owners are very helpful with the kids , affordable, owners are very flexible. Definitely put the customer first . If you are looking for a place for birthday party for any age group, id recommend. Only thing to note is they are by reservation only even if it's just single person play . You can rent out by bays or rent all three and have the whole place 10/10 Will add pics

Had another great birthday party for our son at steel city simulators! The kids had a blast and the owners were super nice and helpful throughout the party. They were very good with kids and kept the party running smoothly. The venue is clean and well kept. Highly recommend for birthday parties for kids ages 6 and up!
