Love the establishment and the staff. Jona is such a sweetheart and very accommodating. I’ve been to many xgolfs and I would highly recommend this one. Thanks staff and jona! Can’t wait to go back

My 1st time there for a service dog fundraiser, what a neat place. I can't wait to go back and try a full round of simulated golf! We had catered food, so I didn't get to try their food actually. Our only complaint was the bathrooms are unisex, not good when 90+% were men getting pee all over, and toilet paper was out in the one of two bathrooms. Even the men agreed there should be different sex restrooms.

Happened to have my time cut short due to how busy X golf was and I left a little upset. Director of Sales & Operations (Joshua brown) went out of his way to call me and apologize for the poor experience this past Saturday. Overall he made the situation right and we returned to enjoy the sim. Very rarely do businesses go out of their way to make sure the customer is satisfied.
