Create an account

Create a Teebly account for your venue without a demo or setup fee.

Venues can create their free account in minutes. To get started, visit dashboard.teebly.io.

Once you create an account with an email and password, or with a Google account, Teebly will guide you through:

  • Linking your Google Business Profile
  • Setting up your Teebly venue profile
  • Creating bays and pricing
  • Adding venue terms and policies
  • Completing business and payout information

What’s needed to list your venue

During setup, you’ll first need to link your Google Business Profile for verification. This Google account is associated with your Google Business Profile. Once linked, you will need:

  • Logo and facility photos
  • Bay photos
  • Terms and policies
  • Bay details, descriptions and pricing
  • Bank account and business information

If your venue does not yet have photos and bay details, you can simply enter placeholders during setup and edit them later. Setting up your venue does not automatically publish your listing to the Teebly marketplace.

After setup

Once setup is complete, you can:

  • Review your venue profile
  • Confirm bay pricing and availability
  • Add staff members and assign roles
  • Add additional venue locations
  • Add your Teebly booking link to your website
  • Configure access control and bay automation
