I’ve had a pretty good experience so far. I did run into a couple of issues with Bay 1 on a few occasions, but the owner handled them promptly by calling me back and even resolving the issue remotely, which I really appreciated. I didn’t ding the business for this, as it wasn’t their fault, but some patrons could do a better job cleaning up after themselves. Again, this reflects on the customers—not the owner or the facility. Overall, it’s a very classy establishment and a great alternative to winter golf. The guests I’ve brought along have also enjoyed the experience. I plan to update my review at the end of the year, but so far, so good—and I would absolutely rejoin next winter.

5/5. Finishing up with my first year at Up & Down Indoor Golf. The app he provided makes entry, exit, and scheduling easy. Perfect for busy professionals who want to get in and improve their game. It's a lot of fun and a great option when you can't get to the course.
