The Approach at Anchor Lanes

My boyfriend and I played in the winter scramble league and had a great time at The Approach. Staff/Service was always super helpful and very friendly! The league itself was fun and they have a bust-up party afterwards. We had different holes/courses each week for the 12 weeks which kept it fun. Allie had different tiers based on how scores were so you could be as competitive or as relaxed as you wanted to play. She did a great job updating scores online so you could see how your scores were with others in the tier if you wanted. We played during the week and on the weekends so had a variety of times we reserved the simulator bays for. For two people, one hour was perfect for hitting the range before doing 9 holes and two hours was ideal for 18 holes for two people. We never felt rushed and they had chairs/comfy couches and TVs if we need to wait for our time to begin or wanted to finish our drinks afterwards. And a nice touch was if we couldn’t get there one week, we could go the following week or double up the week before- as long as we got all our scores in before the end of the season/12 weeks was over. Would highly recommend anyone considering golfing here or just coming for the food and drinks to watch golf/sports on the TVs. It is connected to the bowling alley so if you go when they have a night of bowling, the parking lot can get full but we never had an issue finding a spot!
