X Golf South Charlotte

Post Fathers Day celebration was a nightmare. I gave it 5-stars because the lady working the morning of June 22nd went out of her way to make things right. She was amazing but the golf, not so much. The first bay kept glitching, we had delay after delay. Finally, we were moved to another bay. However, as lefty, I quickly realized I would crush the clubs on the giant beam on my backswing. Gave it one shot and almost destroyed the hybrid. Add in a 4 and 7 year old who thought they were Tiger Woods, it wasn’t working out. After 30 minutes fighting through 1 hole, we decided to leave. We will definitely be back to give it another shot because the customer experience, rare in today’s world, was about as good as it gets.

Would get 5 stars but the music is awful. 2 hours of hard rock and heavy metal so loud-we just wanted to speed through our rounds and leave. Not the atmosphere we were hoping for, but it’s a cool spot otherwise.

A lot of fun. Great indoor activity. In the middle of my game corporate logged into the computer and was doing stuff taking my game down for 10 minutes. I lost that time and paid for it. More expensive than top golf and not convinced its worth the premium. Drink prices too high. You have to tip the bartender on the bay rental and the club rental...not just a tip on service. Top golf no charge for clubs. Overall enjoyable but overpriced. Next time I have the itch I'll be at top golf.

Easy to start up and play some virtual golf. Friendly staff,.nice bar area and the food is decent.

Had a Great Time and ended up staying way longer than we originally anticipated. Very cool relaxed environment to enjoy some golf.
