Topgolf Charlotte - Southwest

Recommend and would come back if I didn’t live somewhere else. Our waitress was the best!!! Made reservations for valentines day and still was able to get to table a little early and got accommodations for shorter clubs as I am very short. Food and drinks came quick and waitress always has a smile so we made sure she got a good tip especially having to work valentines of all nights. Such a sweet girl! Also super happy we got 3rd floor so my fiance could hit the balls zooming high, which was pretty cool.

The tables weren't fully clean when we came in, but everything else was splendid. We ordered the chicken wing trio and the big platter, and enjoyed both a lot. The servers gave us tons of dipping sauce, and made sure to keep asking us about refills and seconds. The golfing itself was great, and we got plenty of assistance with making it a fun night. The music was great too!

The first time I went was on a work function. I had a blast and decided to bring the fam back to have fun. Sadly, it seems like the quality is really started to slip at this location, as every time we come back it's a slightly worse experience than the last time. From poor/inattentive servers to the slow/poorly functioning kitchen, at this point I just don't see any reason to come back. Today we waited over an hour for a soggy cold pizza after being told the appetizer platter "wasn't available", then watching multiple platters leave the kitchen. Ever heard of a substitute? The attached photos are taken 1 second apart, we didn't get a single refill on drinks... We were there for 2 hours. I guess he needed to stare off into space more than he needed a tip. Bummer, because we tip REALLY well when it's deserved. On the bright side, as I was writing this in the parking lot, they called to tell us my son left a jacket behind, so there is still some great folks here, maybe just not the wait staff.

I had an amazing time with my husband and kids! We've never been here before and our server Jake was so accommodating and kind. He made sure my special needs son felt comfortable and got all of our food orders correct and to the table in a timely manner. We can't wait to go back!

Love going to the southwest location. Food is good. You can control a fan or heater based on temps. Good for small groups. They also have a big space for party or corporate event. Kennedy was amazing. She was sweet and very responsive.
