Topgolf Charlotte - Southwest

The first time I went was on a work function. I had a blast and decided to bring the fam back to have fun. Sadly, it seems like the quality is really started to slip at this location, as every time we come back it's a slightly worse experience than the last time. From poor/inattentive servers to the slow/poorly functioning kitchen, at this point I just don't see any reason to come back. Today we waited over an hour for a soggy cold pizza after being told the appetizer platter "wasn't available", then watching multiple platters leave the kitchen. Ever heard of a substitute? The attached photos are taken 1 second apart, we didn't get a single refill on drinks... We were there for 2 hours. I guess he needed to stare off into space more than he needed a tip. Bummer, because we tip REALLY well when it's deserved. On the bright side, as I was writing this in the parking lot, they called to tell us my son left a jacket behind, so there is still some great folks here, maybe just not the wait staff.

Although we went there to play golf, it would be nice to have the experience of a good food.. which it wasn’t . Like a suggest it would be great, both experiences were awesome.. the chicken tenders were dry, hard to eat.. the burgers were too spicy.. and everything was too salty.

Had a gift card so went to check it out with wife and son. We all had a great time, really nice facility. We didn’t get food, just sodas, so can’t comment on that, but the service was very attentive. Will absolutely come back, spent two hours here which we all decided was about right. Really nice place!
