Velocity Golf

I have been working with Lee on strength and conditioning for the last month. Understanding my body's limitations and consistently going to the gym to target golf specific movements and "fixing" my body limitations has drastically transformed my golf game. My 7i Swing Speed started at 76-79, and within just a short month, is up to 86-89 mph. One of the best investments I have made.

Velocity golf has a been a huge help to Queen City Golf Club. Many of our members take lessons here, and have touted their personal gains from them. Staff is great, friendly, and knowledgable. Would recommend!

I had a GEARS 3D lesson with David and Lee and it was a great learning experience. It's definitely an eye opener to see in detail how your body moves currently during the swing and have David explain how you're supposed to move. Lee is great with understanding the details of what your body can/can't do after an assessment. The entire process was a lot of fun.

Best place in NC to get lessons by far. David and Andrew have dramatically improved my game over the last 3 years. They are dedicated to finding the right path to help and constantly investing in new technologies/ techniques to give you all the data you need. Cannot recommend this place high enough
