X-Golf Avon

Great atmosphere and a really cool overall experience. The accuracy of these simulators is very impressive compared to other sims I’ve played. Very quick to project the ball path after a swing. Overall, I was impressed with this place. I’m looking forward to coming here more often.

I've got to say this is the best golf simulator I've been to in Northeast Ohio. Great location and lots of room to park. They have a lot of space and bays so there shouldn't be a problem getting a round of golf in. As a bonus, they have a nice bar area with some food while you play. They have golf lessons as well which is cool.

Best indoor simulator place around! Huge bays, spot on technology and a full bar with food! Great place to hang out with the guys or a mixed group, family or a work event! If you’re in the greater Cleveland area, X-Golf Avon is a must!

I went there 3 times over Christmas break and had a good experience with playing golf. The first 2 times everything went great. This last time I went I took my father for his first time and we had a poor customer service experience. The woman who helped us made it seem like she was inconvenienced when helping us. She also only came around 1 time during the round to tell me to put my water bottle away, which we didn’t know was a rule. Unfortunately it was a poor enough experience that my father said he was good only going there once. The facilities and most of the staff are great but spending that amount of $$ to be made uncomfortable can make for a poor experience.

i have tried to book times twice now at xgolf. The operation hours listed online are 10am-10pm. in my experience this is not accurate. Despite being able to book online times and receiving text notifications of said times as well as reminders, upon arrival the business is closed. If you cannot keep the hours listed then don't bother listing any and especially don't allow booking and texting giving every illusion of a properly run business.
