Tracer Golf makes the whole process seamless. The app is incredibly user-friendly, handling everything from booking to building entry. I love that the bays are private and spacious—you never have to worry about stray balls from neighbors (or sending one their way!). Very reasonable rates for a premium experience.
Pretty good, could use some real coat hooks, better iron mats and different size tee's in each bay, I had only one size on a day when the bays were full. I guess other patrons collected them from other bays. Overall the support during the day is good and the facility is relatively clean. Washrooms could use a better cleaning and garbage pails in bays would help. Overall, I'm happy at this point being a first year user. (10× so far). If your sitting on the fence, go give it a try.
The North York location is part of a one-story industrial building. Its entrance is to the rear (Northwest corner) of the building.Tracer’s locations each have their own unique (and similar) access to the automated door. When you press the Smart Door Key button in the App, this location’s door with unlock. You will hear a clicking sound. This location has limited parking spaces. The Scarborough location is similar to the North York location once you click the button. Many parking spaces. The Toronto West location’s automatically opens the door. No need to manually open the door. Limited parking in front of store entrance but has supplementary spots around the Northeast side of the industrial building. The Scarborough location has all of its bays compatible for LH and RH players. This isn’t the case in the previously mentioned locations. The North York location has a couple of bays that are completely open to each other. They are not private. However, their Pro level bay(Trackman) is very private with a door to keep noise from an adjacent bay from interfering with your activity. Each local has its washroom facilities. The Toronto West location has two washrooms. As a regular simulator consumer who has used a variety of different simulators(software packages), bay facilities and amenities, time of use options, price/per 60 minutes, tech support; I personally believe that the ownership/management have figured out how to bring in golfers to use these type of simulators with the greatest of ease. They even have an option when/if you get stuck in traffic and need an extra 15 minutes to get there. They simply bump your reserved time forward (if possible) so you don’t lose the time. There is always someone to contact (either by phone/text) via the App as well as an intercom(formerly a phone) for additional support for the bay or software. Cameras are watching the bays for your assistance and security of the facility. They have associated themselves with a number of local CPGA Pros to help you with scheduling a lesson. If you are part of a group who are playing in a single bay, you can send a shared link to each member of the group so they can access the door once they download the App. Great idea too! This permits Tracer to know who is in the building and who has access to their facilities. Every person that I have met at the three locations seems to want to keep these facilities working as well as possible. I’m glad that the security cameras are there for our protection as well as maintaining a high level of quality of Tracer’s services.
Nice to have one of these so close. It's all automated and no employees, so entrance is via your phone. There are 8 bays, regular, premium and 1 pro. The difference is more tech and standing seats and table, but that's about it. Booking online is easy and everything inside is new and clean. The prices are really reasonable, 20 an hour for the Pro and down from there. I'll be here pretty regularly I think.
Easy to book. Reasonable pricing. Lots of helpful signage in the bays. Tutorial videos very helpful. Very positive experience.
