Terrible experience. I showed up for my booked tee time and the place was open, but nobody bothered to open the door for us. I have my booking receipt as proof, and they can even check their CCTV cameras to confirm. I tried calling their phone number over 10 times and no one ever picked up. On top of that, my credit card was charged for the booking even though I never got to use the facility. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Stay away from this place until they figure out how to run a business properly.

Terrible. What a waste of time. No washroom (or the handle was snapped off, either way couldn't access it), half the facility was closed, nothing to drink or eat and the place is run down. TV didn't work for sports either. No music. What a dump, no wonder it was a ghost town. The place actually smells too. Save your money and time. Misleading information on the website and obviously plugged reviews. I've been to 15 different golf sims and this is by far the worst.

Such a great experience! We came on a Saturday night and were comfortably seated at our Bay with clear instructions. The food and drinks were very good, definitely recommend the mozzarella sticks . Melissa at the front was lovely and recommended us some delicious drinks. Don’t hesitate, pull uppp!
