First time visiting. Arrived with a friend in the early afternoon and was immediately warmly welcomed and thanked for my visit. Was escorted to my bay and shown how to use the technology. Big bay with lots of space. Will be back again for sure. Maybe something other than light jazz as the background music.

Terrible experience. I showed up for my booked tee time and the place was open, but nobody bothered to open the door for us. I have my booking receipt as proof, and they can even check their CCTV cameras to confirm. I tried calling their phone number over 10 times and no one ever picked up. On top of that, my credit card was charged for the booking even though I never got to use the facility. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Stay away from this place until they figure out how to run a business properly.

Terrible. What a waste of time. No washroom (or the handle was snapped off, either way couldn't access it), half the facility was closed, nothing to drink or eat and the place is run down. TV didn't work for sports either. No music. What a dump, no wonder it was a ghost town. The place actually smells too. Save your money and time. Misleading information on the website and obviously plugged reviews. I've been to 15 different golf sims and this is by far the worst.

Not overly impressed. The customer service is extremely poor. 1. My friend has the biweekly membership here and I was coming as his guest. I wanted to start 30 mins early from him and tried booking online. The time slot before him, although not booked out said “please contact tee up social” to book. So I did. The guy on phone was relatively helpful, he told me to just book a 1 hour time slot and he would make a note that I was only coming for 30 mins and it wouldn’t be a problem. 2. When I showed up for my designated time, I arrived about 4 minutes early or so, got to the front told them who I was and the guy said “sounds good the bay is all ready for you”! I also mentioned that I was playing for 30 minutes(on my own booking), and then joining a member for the reminder. I said great, walked to my bay and noticed the time had already started running, it was at 27 minutes for a 30 minute session. So for the record, I showed up 4 mins early, and 3 minutes were already off my clock. I figured this was no big deal, it’s probably just automated or whatever. 3. Exactly 4 minutes before the half hour mark, the simulator bay shuts off on me. I walked to the front and was just hey, the sim shut off on me, would you mind turning it back on for me. A different guy was basically like “ya you started early so your time is up” I told this person, that the guy at the front desk told me to come in and the bay was ready for me. If my time hadn’t started yet, then they shouldn’t have let me start….not to mention, shutting the simulator off on me 4 minutes before our next round was about to start is just really really petty in my opinion. 4. Fast forward to one hour into my season with my friend (the member), he received a call and had an emergency he had to leave for. He went to the same guy who shut the simulator off on me and explained the situation and the guy basically said I can’t stay (for the remainder 25minutes) or he’d have to charge me. Like wow. This is especially egregious considering the place was EMPTY. All 6 bays, not a single person in there except me and my buddy. 5. Then, as I’m leaving and go to pay for my 30 minute session in the beginning the guy didn’t believe me that I only played for 30 minutes because they started my clock early. He then had to call someone (I assume the guy who I checked in with) to confirm that I wasn’t actually lying about the time I played. Being accused of lying over something I was instructed to do by another employee is honestly unhinged. If this is how they treat their customers over a few minutes here and there I think it’s safe to say they his place is not worth giving my business to. Honestly it’s a shame because this simulator is so nice, but I can’t help but feel like the dude I dealt with entirely ruined this facility for me. Disappointing ** response to the owner who fails to acknowledge some key things - 1. Why would you end the season 5 minutes early when I notified your staff that I was playing from 4-430 and then joining the member who had the booking from 430-6? I know this was done purposely because when I went to the front I realized that you guys manually control the screens with a phone 2. First, you claim I completed my full 30 minutes, then you say you turned the simulator back on then to “complete my time”? Seems contradictory. 3. No one’s asking for time to be transferred. The member booked their allotted time from 430-6. He had to leave at 535 leaving 25 minutes in the booking and in a COMPLETELY empty facility you wouldn’t let me stay to complete the 25 minutes. Terrible business practices. Probably why your simulator is empty, and you go down the street to Sgreen and it’s close to full all the time. 4. At checkout, if your staff member was the one who shut my simulator off AND claimed that I had already completed my 30 mins duration, then why would he have to verify I wasn’t there for 1hour. He knew this already. 5. The owner calls me, asks me to call him back and then blocks my number 😂 and then claims I’m coming back 😂😂

Absolute scam artists. I signed up for their winter league, which was supposed to start on November 10th, and paid a $450 deposit to secure my team’s spot. As the start date approached, I received an email saying the league was being delayed until December 8th. As that date came closer, there was zero communication. When I called to ask for an update, the league organizer, Aidan, said an email would be sent out later that day. Nothing came. Five days later, we were told the league was postponed again—this time until January 19th. I repeatedly tried to contact Aidan for details about the January start date, but received no responses. Then, on January 19th, just two hours before the league was scheduled to start, I received an email saying the league was cancelled entirely and that we would be fully refunded, with refunds to be processed shortly. It has now been five days, and I have not received my refund, nor has Aidan responded to my emails or calls. The way this has been handled is an absolute joke. The lack of communication, professionalism, and respect for customers’ time and money is unacceptable. I’ve played at many other simulator facilities that actually value their customers—this place clearly does not. I would strongly recommend avoiding Tee Up Social altogether.
