⛳ What We Did: Lunch and a few rounds of golf 💬 My Experience: My son and I stopped by Topgolf for lunch and to hit a few balls, and as always, it was a great time. This place is such a fun and unique experience, where else can you eat, drink, and play golf all at once? The food is your typical pub fare, nothing gourmet, but definitely enjoyable and satisfying. We had a great time relaxing, snacking, and playing in one spot. The server was attentive, coming around to take both drink and food orders without interrupting the flow of the game. 🏆 Highlight: The perfect mix of casual entertainment and food, a great way to spend an afternoon. 📍 Would I Return? Absolutely, if we had a Topgolf closer to home, we’d be there a lot more often!

Admittedly I had high hopes for this place. I made my way into the dining area, sat at the bar then waited and waited and waited for the bar tender/server to see people and approach. The service was subpar; appetizer and main course coming out at the same time. Food coming out cold and missing items. We were only asked once if we wanted beverages, no follow up with empty glasses. First and probably last visit. The view of the golf range is nice.

Went yesterday, the place wasn't crowded at all. Only 3 ppl in our party. We asked for a warm bay since it was cold outside. Long story short, the heat at some point stopped working. We were on round 3 of 4 when we noticed it was cold. We wanted to order food. My husband told a server we knew what we wanted when we got to our bay. She did something on the screen, but no one...NO ONE ever came to ask if we wanted drinks, food, or anything. ZERO GREETING AT ALL. Again, we were at the top of the 3rd round when we decided to leave. We've been to TGs in various states. This was by far the worst experience ever. I wasn't going to leave this review until they decided to send me a survey today but left ZERO opportunity for written fdbk. With that said, be forewarned that this place lacks service, professionalism and was just plain awful. When we were checking out at the front, we explained the poor experience we had. A young man came up, but darted into the office. The cashier asked if we wanted to speak with a manager. We said yes, low and behold the young man comes out of the office. I know he heard what we said. Just do better. All the way around, do better. I should have read the reviews before we decided to go to this establishment because the theme of poor customer service is common. We just wanted to have some fun since we had some time to waste before attending an event later that evening. This was the worst. We left there and went to Dave and Busters where we were immediately greeted upon our entering the building. We were immediately greeted by the server when we sat down to order. We got water within 5 mins of being seated. We got food within 10 mins of ordering...fresh food. Save yourself time, gas and frustration and go somewhere else.
