I love ParCiti! The service is consistently phenomenal every time I visit. I've been over 20+ times this year since I live close. The staff is friendly, and the tech is better than other places I've been too. I would definitely recommend them.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this place earned it. From start to finish, it was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. First, the person at the front desk was unbelievably rude. No greeting, no help—just a blank stare and a condescending tone when I asked basic questions about the setup. It felt like I was bothering them by even being there. Then came the smell. The entire place reeked of stale sweat and mold, like an old locker room that hadn’t been cleaned in years. It was honestly hard to breathe, and definitely not the kind of atmosphere where you want to spend an hour trying to enjoy a round of simulated golf. And to top it off, the bay wasn’t even working. When I politely asked for help, the front desk employee waved me off and said “I have too much going on right now” — when there was literally less than a handful of people there, and he was unoccupied at the moment. I’ve seen this owner cite bad reviews as “spam” — but don’t fall for that. I’m just a regular person trying to enjoy one of my favorite hobbies after work. Save your time, save your money, and don’t come here!

This is my go-to spot in the winter to get some reps in. Staff is nice and helpful, booking is easy and the SIMs are very high quality. Pro tip: get three other friends and do the all-you-can-play membership ($115 per person per month).
