Topgolf El Segundo

I’ve been here many times with friends and family, and every visit has been a consistently fun and relaxed experience. The atmosphere is welcoming and upbeat without feeling overwhelming, making it an easy place to unwind and enjoy yourself. The staff is always friendly and helpful, which really adds to the overall experience. Whether we’re celebrating something or just stopping by to hang out, it’s a spot where you can comfortably spend a few hours laughing, talking, and having a genuinely good time.

Really enjoyed our two visits to Topgolf in El Segundo. The first night, we needed a reservation and the lady was not helpful, she basically told us to go online and set one up. We were travelling, so that was not as easy. However, for the next 2 visits during our vacation, we had a reservation and everything was great. The bay was ready right on time. Food and service were excellent. We ate dinner there one night during our golfing and had drinks for the second visit. Recommend a reservation so you have a spot. The place was clean and we all had a great time.

Food was OK for what it was priced—and very small portions. If you come here, maybe eat before and just get drinks here. Now as for the service, it was great! Staff was friendly and helpful :) The atmosphere was the best part. We love to go to the driving range so this was a fun, elevated experience. We loved playing the games, testing our aim and range—fantastic 4, sonic, and angry birds are all must tries. We’ll be back!

I recently visited Topgolf and had a bit of a mixed experience. Unfortunately, the service at the beginning of our visit was disappointing. It took about 40 minutes just to receive our waters, and that was after I had to ask for them. Our food also took a long time and our server was nowhere to be found. Shortly after she went on lunch, and to make matters worse, our food order came out incorrect. At that point my group and I were pretty upset. However, once the new server stepped in things completely turned around. He immediately reached out to management and the manager on duty, Saya, went above and beyond to make things right.Although the visit didn’t start off great, the way management handled the situation made all the difference. We definitely left happy and appreciate the effort to turn our experience around. A huge thank you to Manager Saya for taking care of us. We’ll definitely be back!

The atmosphere and the game play itself is entertaining, and the food was pretty good. The service could be improved however. Had to remind 3 different servers that I had ordered a beer - so for a 90 minute reservation, it took about 20 minutes for 1 beer to come out, which is kind of insane given the business model.
