I am incredibly disappointed with this company. I ordered a customized golf bag for my husbands birthday. I ordered it a few weeks ago to be ready for the end of October. I received an email from Nicolle indicating that they could do sports logos. I emailed her back with an image I wanted to use. I didn’t receive a response within 48 hours so I followed up with an email- no response, so I called. Nicolle informed me that she was slammed as a reason she did not respond to me. She had a tone and an attitude throughout entire phone call. I explained to her the logo I wanted to use and she shared that her email was a typo and they couldn’t honor my request. No apology or sense or urgency to help. Nicolle outsourced me to a woman who could do my design. That was several days ago and I still have yet to receive a response from Nicolle or the woman she outsourced me to. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. I will be requesting a full refund as I do not want to support a business that does not respect or value customers.

As a MNML Golf Club member, I feel like I’ve found a home. Sam is an awesome guru, Rob, Axel, Alex and the staff are so welcoming and the “surf culture meets golf culture” vibe is truly unique. Not to mention they make one of the best golf bags on the market, bar none. And don’t get me started on Creative Director / Goddess Nicole and all she brings to the table, radiating an energy that is infectious to all who encounter her, as well as coming up with amazeballs merch designs. All in all hands down the coolest golf spot in SoCal. 🏌️‍♂️⛳️😎🤙
