Gone extremely downhill since topgolf buyout. Stopped by today for an hour and experienced terrible, impersonal management, and overall inept staff. Bryce took 10-15 minutes to ring up a single glove, before we could start at our bay, when we finally got out to begin practice there were only 38 minutes left out of our allotted hour. We made note of the discrepancy in time and requested a 15 minute extension to our time slot. Bear in mind we were one of only two bays being used on the bottom level, it was a cold, rainy day and the range was nearly empty, we were promptly informed that we were late (we signed in 5 minutes past our reservation) and there would be no extension. I totally understand if we’d arrived far later, or if an extension would actively be the cause of lost revenue if another party was coming in, but as it stood, the entire range was nearly empty, no one was waiting on our bay, we were one of 2 customers on the entire floor. Management stood nothing to lose from an extension and nothing to gain from refusing other than a power trip. Bryce was impersonal and unwilling to address the fact that it was his delay of our session through lack of training and ability to ring up a single glove in a reasonable manner that caused the primary loss of our session time. The manager was just as indifferent, too busy chatting up some younger waitresses to give any acknowledgment other than a short “that’s just policy” before turning back to the girls. I suppose if you’re planning on spending an hour here it would be a good idea to arrive 20-30 minutes early to ensure that you get your full session time, as there was a couple behind us that got held up by the glove fiasco due to no fault of their own and likely missed just as much if not more of their session time when we were literally the only two parties checking in. If this is how they handle business on a slow day I’d hate to be there when it’s busy. You have a right to spend your money where you please, but also a right to know what you’re getting into. As for me, I’m severely disappointed at what Bigshots has become since the top golf buyout, and won’t be returning, perhaps there’s a reason their stock has dropped 10% year over year for a 50% decline in share value over the last 5 years, what we experienced today clearly demonstrates their decline.

I have had some good and bad experiences here..... But today, went off great, with no wait time and Trey was on top of his game! Food was better than expected and hot, when served. Did not have to wait on drinks or service.. Great job Top Golf on hiring this guy. Ohhhh and noticed the kid in the boot was right on top of clean ups as people left their station... great to see!

Well its Friday night on the weekend of an Aggie game with 100,000 people coming into town. They tell us its going to be a “30 minute wait… or longer”, giving us the impression they dont know how long it could be, maybe an hour. After looking outside theres about 20 stalls open between both levels and after asking they didnt have enough staff to reach the edges of the venue. Maybe the 2-3 people decorating the Christmas tree could have helped with that but what was going to be a fun spontaneous outing turned into a trip back home.

We had my son's 8th birthday party there on 9-20. We didn't do the full package deal but instead opted to reserve 2 bays for the group of us. The staff went above and beyond to make it feel like a cozy little birthday party. They brought out signs and ice cream for the kids and cinnamon bite things. They were very friendly and we all had an amazing time there. We will definitely have more events there and even playing just for fun is well worth it

My first time to this establishment and it was very nice. The only problem I encountered was when paying with cash at the bars, rather than asking me if I want my coin change back, the bartenders just keep it. That's my money and if I want them to keep it, I would say so. This happened to me twice in this same visit. I wonder how much extra money they are making off of customers by doing this. What if my bill was 8.75 and I just gave you $8.00. I'm sure that wouldn't go over well, especially if I did it 2 or 3 times. If anything, the customers can always put the change in the tip jar if they don't want their coin change but give the customer the opportunity to make that decision, don't take it upon yourself to keep their money.
