Best simulator around. Atmosphere is great in a beautiful old building, simulators work flawless with lots of courses. Theres also a nice brewery next door for after!

Place is very nice with lots of space and very clean. The simulator play itself is terrible. It reads late, slow and inaccurate. Would hit a club same speed and strength and it could go 60 yards or 200. I would putt without the ball making it to the screen and it would tell me that it’s gone 40 feet uphill, whilst the screen is only 10 feet away from myself. I left during my time because of how frustrating it was. I use Golf sims a lot in the winter, and have never had these issues anywhere else. 2 Stars are for the cleanliness and size of the place. If they fix the play through issues, I would think about giving it another try.

Great golf simulator spot. Clean, well set up, and easy to use with 24/7 access, which is super convenient. It’s a small family-run business, and even though it’s self-serve, help is easy to reach if you need it. A great spot for golfers of all levels. Highly recommend!

Finally checked out The Fairway Factory and had a great time! The simulators are really impressive with accurate tracking and tons of courses to choose from. It's the perfect spot to work on your swing during the colder months or just have some fun with friends. The space is clean, the vibe is relaxed, and booking was easy. Definitely recommend checking it out if you're in or around Brantford!

The golf simulator at The Fairway Factory is such a great experience! The setup feels realistic and really helps you work on your game no matter the weather outside! 10/10
