Players Indoor Golf & Sports Bar

First time at this spot and I LOVE the sports bar/game bar blend it’s got going on. Food was great and the service was even better! Jeff, the host, was so kind and welcoming. He had the golf simulator all set up for us when we arrived and didn’t miss a beat. Definitely coming back!

Had the VIP room on a friday night, the Sim, room, and facility are great, the service was lacking, very friendly but just not interested in serving our gr. Also neither of the 2 staff could pour a pint of Guiness oup. we had to walk out the the bar to get drinks when we wanted them, Other than when we arrived and got setup did they come to see uswithout half a glass of head, and then had to let it sit so they could fill it. Hopefully just an off night for the staff, as it seemed like a great venue.

Booked 2 hours of golf and was able to play uninterrupted for 75-90 mins. Our simulator was faulty. The young man working was helpful but at the end when we asked for compensation the manager wanted to only give 10 minutes of extra time. I did not agree and asked for1 hour credit for next time as there was another group behind us She (manager) not present refused to offer the credit I asked for. Very poor customer service on her part. Compensation should be authorized by employee on site when manager is not present.

Jeff was the only employee there and he was everything. Chef, bartender, IT and front end. He was amazing and helpful all night. Simulators are good quality. *Update* I think my experience would have been better if there was a second employee so I could have had drinks and food at the same time. As well as not waiting for 20 minutes while poor Jeff had to cook chicken wings for another group using your services. I returned for another visit with some friends, we were there 7pm on a Saturday, this time 2 employees working Maddy and Jeff again both were fantastic but we tried to order a variety of foods and drinks but the business had no stock of most food and not even lemons or limes for drinks. I would enjoy supporting your business but I can't bring myself too after this experience. Please let me know when you fix this.

This is the best golf sim I’ve been to. Was here for a work event, and we had the vip room booked for four people. The room was very comfortable with lots of room for our group. The simulator itself was the most fun / realistic sim I’ve played on. The staff was pleasant, prompt and accommodating. The apps we ordered came quickly and tasted great.The rates for the sim seem very reasonable. Looking forward to coming back
