Update - tonight I would try again since they dropped the price. Worse today - frozen computer, no answer at “help desk”. Before it froze I thought the accuracy was questionable. Good luck… I was really hoping this place would be good as it's close to home and work. Positives - Nice rooms, clean, HD picture on the simulator is quite beautiful. Negatives - 1) simulator accuracy not great - wildly inaccurate putts (would hit a ball that barely touched the screen 12 feet away and apparently went 50 ft in the sim), seemed very inaccurate with club path and angle on random shots, overestimated distance (driver ball speed was about 10 mph faster than other sims); 2) no swing cameras or camera holders (like at Tracer and EZ Golf); 3) non-private rooms seemed a little tight - I didn't hit anything but felt that my driver was pretty close to the bar at the back, 4) washrooms are outside of the facility; 5) no warning before turning off lights (Tracer gives a 2 minute warning). Also, when I arrived I was unable to start the sim and there were no balls available. I called the help line and he moved me to another bay but didn't know where the balls were. He said he would call me back and tell me where the balls were, but he never did. I just used my own. I am surprised - I would have thought as the only customer in the building (maybe the only one all day) they would have been more eager to make sure I was taken care of. They did offer to extend my time by 15 minutes, which is about the time it took to move to another bay, start the new machine, and discuss the ball situation. I may give another try once they work out the kinks but TBH the inaccurate sim may be a deal breaker for me.

Love the facility. Clean. Private Rooms are nice. Easy to book. Joined as a member. Great location and good amount of courses to choose from. Need for improvement. Your sim software is way too forgiving. I'm a mid 90s golfer and I'm shooting 70 to 74 on most decent courses at Target. Your distances are wayyy too generous. I've played all the sims in the area and my drive is usually around 210 carry with a club head speed of low 90mph. Look at this pic 106mph?! If I could hit that in real like I'd probably throw my back out! Please fix this. The open bay area can get chaotic at times. It wouldn't take much to add a curtain between bays or a thin wall to give you a little more privacy.

They need to improve the internet. No signal, hard time to get the door to open. Previously used the bravo app to track my game stats. Can't even get signal to log on now. Had trouble with simulator freezing a few weeks ago and took about 20m to get in touch with support as phone would lose signal

VERY cost effective practice facility. I have used 3 locations and they are all similar: clean, excellent equipment, consistent user experience. The only nit-picks that I have are I would like the tee hight to be adjustable and the rear camera sometimes does not work.

Was originally impressed with the rate of $15 per hour for the open bays at this place, as that felt fair. I see they’ve jacked the rate up to $30 per hour now. No way is this place worth that. Open concept that can be very loud/distracting. The tech is no where near accurate either (I play on Trackman frequently so have something to compare to). There are other simulators in the area with better tech / better pricing. Based on the weekend booking sheet I’m not the only one that feels this way either.
