Buddy Plus - Indoor Golf Club

Absolutely amazing place! The technology here is top-notch — incredibly accurate and high-end simulators that make every round feel real. The facility is spotless, well-organized, and very comfortable. The people running it are friendly, professional, and clearly passionate about what they do. Always a great experience every time I come in. Highly recommended for anyone who loves golf or wants to improve their game in a premium environment.

Used to come here a lot last year with family, when Greg was running things, and I assume he is no longer working at Buddy Plus. The place was clean, the simulators worked, and would sometimes even get discounts or moved to a better room with no extra charge. Whatever changed since then has been for the worse. I came here a few times this season, but the rooms are now noticeably dirty, dusty floors, coffee stains on the table, and the bathrooms were downright disgusting. Visible pee on the seats and stains that have clearly been there awhile. It’s embarrassing for a business to let their facility get to that level. On top of that, the person who seems to be running the front now is completely unprofessional (Same young asian woman who I assume is the new manager). No courtesy, no customer service skills, and zero ability to manage issues. Whenever the simulator glitches, she is no help. Also, she overcharges and makes you pay 15 minutes more if you stay for an extra 5 minutes? Weird. I will no longer be coming to buddy plus and will be going back to tracers golf. Having a worker at the front to assist you was great at first unlike every golf sim that doesn’t have any workers in the facility, but the lady at the front makes the experience so much harder. Would rather just scan a code and not have to deal with this.

I’m never one to leave a bad review, but I was a regular here last winter and always enjoyed visiting. Unfortunately, it’s gone downhill. The rooms were extremely dirty. Crumbs and dirt on the couches and tables, with stains and stickiness everywhere. When I called ahead to check availability, the woman on the phone (Stella) had an attitude, and she acted the same way in person when we were ready to pay. I hope this is taken seriously, because this spot used to be known for its cleanliness, cozy atmosphere, and friendly staff. Especially given the fact that it’s located in such a competitive area and it literally has someone behind the counter to ensure customer experience. I’d love to return, but it’s hard when the environment feels so unwelcoming now.
