Absolutely terrible experience. The front lady was the epitome of laziness and attitude. Treated customers as if they were an inconvenience to her, as she’s sitting on FaceTime. Every lounge area was filthy, and the washroom was beyond disgusting, funny how everything is dirty when there aren’t any customers. All sensors seemed to be broken and we were shuffled around three different bays before giving up and cutting our time short. Worst part is, they have the audacity to have tip options on the card machine. Save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else.

Came with friends and had a great time in the private room. The equipment was top of line, the set up offered an immersion experience, and provided analytics to improve my game. Staff was friendly and the atmosphere was great, I would highly recommend to friends and family whether they are beginner, pros or anywhere in between

The facility is spotless, well-organized, and very comfortable. The people running it are friendly, professional, and clearly passionate about what they do. I'm there weekly. Myself and 2 friends go and we love it! The staff are friendly and pleasant. The private rooms are comfortable and great golf simulator experience. AUTO BALL ON TEE! Also being able to walkin and not need a code or a new app to get in. The graphics and accuracy are pretty close. I recommend it to anyone who wants to keep working on your swing over the winter. The bubble Tea store is new and is just another great add on. They also have lockers available to store your clubs. The bays are good as well. Open concept. Auto ball on tee as well. Lots of parking. Reasonable rates. Great spot for golfers,
