Golf Square

I’ve tried several indoor golf spots in Winnipeg, but this place is on a whole different level. The simulators here are hands down the most advanced and accurate I’ve ever seen, it honestly feels like you're out on a real course. There’s virtually no difference between the feedback here and hitting on actual turf. The staff are incredibly friendly and go above and beyond to make sure you have a great time. If you’re looking for a premium, realistic golfing experience indoors, don’t waste your time anywhere else. This is the gold standard!

Wow! Best golf simulator we have been to yet! So much privacy, so clean and fancy! I would like to mention that there was absolutely no lagging at all throughout our three hours there. The service was fantastic. I forgot to get the ladies name but such a sweetheart and so helpful. We were there today March 4th from 12-3 and will definitely be back lots more! Thank you so much, this was for my husbands birthday and we had the best time.

I had such a great experience at Golf Square! It was my first time going and I wasn’t really sure how everything worked, but Peyton made it so easy. She explained everything really clearly, made sure I was comfortable, and checked in to see if I needed anything. Her customer service was amazing and she took really good care of me the whole time. Because of Peyton, my first visit was such a positive experience and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend Golf Square, especially if Peyton is working! ⛳️

Don’t expect your online booking to be honored. We were explicitly told that reservations can be shifted or cancelled at any time — even after you’ve already arrived — despite customers being required to give 24 hours’ notice to cancel. That alone says a lot about how one-sided their booking policy is. We specifically booked a completely private room (Bay 9) and were moved to semi-private Bay 5 when we got there, without any real explanation or accommodation. On top of that, we didn’t even start until 25 minutes after our original booking time, and then were effectively kicked out before a full hour had actually elapsed. Between the bait-and-switch on the bay, the delayed start, and being rushed out anyway, the experience was frustrating and disappointing. The service left a bad impression, and I won’t be returning. Edit: the response is entirely incorrect. One member of the party arrived 10 minutes before our booking, the other arrived 5 minutes prior. And let’s be clear: no one “demanded” anything. We were asked what could be done to rectify the situation and provided options that would make each of our 45 minute drives over worth the trip after being bumped from a more desirable bay and starting 20+ minutes late. The owner, June Kang, was not particularly sympathetic to the situation and I can see why many other reviews tell a similar story. The staff — whom the owner claims to “fully stand by” — were actually one of the only redeeming parts of the visit. However, having a single staff member responsible for close to 100 guests across a dozen-plus bays inevitably impacts service. The issues we experienced reflect poor staffing decisions, not unreasonable customer expectations. I’ve also attached a photo of the coupon used. Our booking was for a Monday at 3:00pm, which is clearly within the stated valid hours. The only reason this could be described as “invalid” is because our start time was delayed due to the facility’s own scheduling issues. If coupons also require guests to complete an 18-hole round regardless of how long it takes — even beyond the one-hour booking — that should be stated clearly up front. The lack of transparency around the booking, timing, and coupon use reinforces why this experience was so frustrating and why I would strongly recommend visiting one of the city’s many other golf simulators instead.

Visited Golf Square in Winterpeg over the holidays and had a fantastic time! My local friends said they were happy to see both bays open. To me it was just a revolutionary idea to have a double bay where our group could split but go back and forth easily. What an experience to enjoy some pints and food with the lads while playing a round. Loved it! Quite the experience and would highly recommend it!
