Divots Golf Richland

I have been going to divots since they opened, and have never had a problem. But today, I booked one bay from 1-3pm. The staff allowed the group ahead of us to stay past their reservation, so we didn’t get started until around 1:15-1:20. We left the bay at 3pm, explained that we didn’t get our full amount of time that we had reserved and paid for, and asked if there was anything they could do. Staff was rude, argumentative and told us there was nothing they could do. Just keep in mind if you pay for a certain amount of time, you might get less, but still pay in full, due to the staff not doing their jobs. Would recommend staying away from Divots and going to X-golf or smooth swings, better value for your money.

Great environment, friendly helpful staff. Good food, drinks and prices! The simulator is an updated system I was told & is very good. Would recommend 10/10

Tacos were so good they had a taco special! The atmosphere was so energetic. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. The technology with the replay feature in the software has improved my game tremendously. Affordable beers was a plus. I will definitely come back! Definitely recommend.
