X-Golf Kennewick

If you haven’t been to X-Golf Kennewick yet, you’re missing out. It’s basically dangerous… because you’ll keep finding reasons to go back. The simulators are insanely realistic — one minute you’re just “warming up,” next thing you know you’ve played 18 and ordered another round. The vibe is always on point. Super fun, laid back, and somehow still competitive when it needs to be. Whether you’re grinding on your swing or just trying to outdrive your buddies, it’s a blast. Huge shoutout to Collin — the guy is a legend. Always friendly, always on top of it, and makes sure everyone’s having a good time. You can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does, and it shows. And credit where it’s due — Derek has done an awesome job as manager building a great team and creating an experience that just works. Everything runs smooth, the staff is solid across the board, and it feels like a place that actually cares about its customers. 10/10 recommend. Just don’t blame me when it becomes your new weekly habit

Found this place when I recently relocated to the tri cities. As a someone that enjoys high level golf this place is fantastic, winter leagues welcome those from 20+ handicaps down to scratch and beyond. This place has helped me improve my game and reach single digit by the start of winter this year! (The people that work here are also awesome)

XGolf Kennewick - 1/4/2026 Absolutely terrible experience. Our tee time was at 5:30pm and we didn’t even make it past the first hole until 6:00 because nothing worked. The putting sensors were completely broken, forcing the employee to restart the entire PC just to get them to respond. Even after that, the balls wouldn’t dispense at all. What followed was nearly an hour of us sitting around while the worker repeatedly called for help, swapped out the head unit, called again, replaced the ball dispensing unit, and eventually got things running—about 45–50 minutes later. While the technical issues weren’t the employee’s fault, the way the situation was handled absolutely was. After wasting almost an hour of our paid time, we politely asked for an extra 30 minutes to make up for it. Instead of showing any understanding, the employee became defensive and claimed the downtime was “no more than 15 minutes,” and then blamed us by saying we supposedly started early—which we absolutely did not request or ask for. We left extremely dissatisfied. This is not the XGolf experience I remember or would ever recommend. Be warned: if your bay goes down, you lose your time and your money. They do not reimburse or make it right in any way. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere.

Clean facility. Easy to use simulator. Great customer service. Good price for food & drinks. TVs to watch sports. Up-to-date music to listen to while playing your golf game.

Amazing service and a damn good way to spend 2-4 hours, easily! Drinks and food are reasonably priced. I have to say, as someone who works in the service industry…we came in on a Friday night (Nov. 14th) and there was ONE person working with every Sim Bay full. His name was Malcolm and he did amazing! From mixing up all the cocktails, pouring all the pitchers, making all the food, and also running all the food and drinks HE made. SUPERB service. Whoever makes the schedule should plan ahead for call outs or no shows. That was cruel to your employee even though he absolutely rocked it.
