I tried to remember his name which I think is Andrew but he’s a bartender and a manager is what he said. Me and my family come in on tuesdays with jim and I received great service and I promised I would leave a good review about him. Surprisingly he was very attentive and very polite. I can really appreciate a bartender who can go above and beyond even if the bar only has us in it. I had a great time because of it and we will be a frequent customer at scratch! Even with the road closure he made sure to inform us and direct us on the proper way to navigate the closure. I had a great time and I want him to be recognized for the effort he put in. It doesn’t take much to make someone or a table happy and he was great at giving the perfect amount of attention without being at the table to much. He gave us our space and never made us feel rushed to order more. That honestly made us order more! As a whole the whole family was able to have a great time especially compared to a big corporation like suite shots! We will only come here now because of that and yall deserve recognition!
