Tried to cancel today because of child care issues with the upcoming storm tomorrow. Wouldn’t give credit or refund. I don’t really care about the $40 just the lecture of not respecting their policy was a lot. Customer service was rude and demeaning. Lots of other sims on the market. Bathrooms are gross and haven’t been cleaned in weeks. Since owner did not want to hear about his unkept bathrooms or the alcohol and drugs on premise he hung up.
