I showed up at 2:40 PM after driving an hour with my family, and when we got there, we couldn’t even get in the door. I didn’t realize the facility was completely unstaffed and everything is handled remotely. Once we figured that out, I tried to book through the system. It wouldn’t let me reserve the 2:30–3:30 slot because it had already started, and when I tried to book the 3:30–4:00 slot, it gave me an error saying I needed to book at least one full hour for three people. The frustrating part is every bay was sitting open, but with no staff on-site and no way to override the system, we couldn’t get in at all — even after calling and offering to pay whatever was needed. I’m sharing this so others know what to expect.
