Had a booking there this past Saturday and was really impressed with help I had received. I had an issue with the quality of the mat in my bay and was able to contact support who moved me to another bay seamlessly. I know those sort of issues are out of the supports control but they were super helpful. I believe the name of the gentleman who helped me was Christian. Would book here again.
