X-Golf Shorewood

What happened to this place?! I can NOT get over seeing non stop butt crack, workers vaping instead of working, the prices going up every time I go, inconstistant pricing, and the absolute CRAP service that has been happening these last couple of months! I used to love coming to watch my husband and son play but we won't be back. We would rather drive 45 min to Orland or Naperville where prices ARE THE SAME OR CHEAPER! And every single thing at those locations is BETTER! I couldn't even get a correct old fashioned and that was never an issue before. I don't know who did the hiring but DO BETTER! Every aspect of this place has gone down hill. The last time I was in there I only ordered a soda since they can't seem to make my mixed drink correctly. My son also got one and my husband got a beer. My son and I were sick for HOURS after we got home. I'll save you the details but suffice to say if the soda gun is cleaned like the rest of the place I'd suggest staying away from it entirely. This place is just an absolute mess and it is such a shame as it used to be so great! Run. Don't walk out that door!

Not all Indoor Simulators are the same and XGolf is at the top! Coming to a new place can beat little intimidating however Assistant GM Zac made our experience wonderful. He took the time to walk us through the tech and get us situated to grip it and rip it. Great Vibes, Great Drinks, Great Dude. Thanks Zac for making it worth the commute. We will be back!!!!!

I came in two weeks ago and really enjoyed it, just started a membership and played again today. The service was great, food was fresh. I enjoy it a lot more then indoor domes, favorite sim tech by far. -Al Nunez

We had a great experience the other day. Christie was great! It was our first visit so I wasn’t sure what to expect but we were very happy. I love seeing local businesses like this thrive. Keep up the great work!

XGolf is my new home in the offseason and go to place to hit balls during the late fall and winter months. Staff is always amazing, drink specials are awesome, pricing is affordable, and the technology is world class. So stoked to have somewhere like this less than 10 min away to keep my swing rolling from November to March.
