X-Golf Riverton

This place is great. The bays are nice and the tech is awesome. I love the app and how it keeps my stats. I have played in their league play for a couple years now and have a lot of fun. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The one missing star is that I hope they get a better vent system for their kitchen. When they are cooking a lot, the place gets a bit smokey and you will go home smelling like a food truck.

I’ve been here a couple times but due to not having great experiences in the past I haven’t been back for some time. It’s very expensive for having a mediocre experience. However, my family and I were here last week and our waitress Tori was an absolute doll! She was so fun and engaging and very helpful. Giving me and my family a great experience was her top priority and our time here was 10x better than the past couple times we’ve been here! She was great with the other customers as well and overall created such a fun atmosphere! We had a great time and we look forward to returning in the future!

My friends and I have been to XGOLF several times and have had a great time. We’ve had Tori as our waitress several times and she’s so funny and very engaging, definitely knows how to keep the energy up, very cute. We had Porter once and he was very attentive and helpful. However our most recent visit we had Jayden I believe is his name. I’ve never been more frustrated with a service before and didn’t expect this from XGOLF, Especially because it’s not cheap. He seemed too distracted by the TV’s to bother checking on us at all. We had to grab him anytime we needed help or wanted to place an order. He also took many many smoke breaks which wasn’t pleasant to be around. We usually order food but didn’t dare because of how long we needed to wait just to get beer and help with the simulator. He also complained several times that he’s had very slow shifts with “nothing to do” interesting because my husband had noted that the bathrooms were disgusting. We usually stay for hours at a time but were so frustrated we left after an hour. Not sure yet if we will be returning.
