X-Golf Parkville

Took 20 of my buddies here for my bachelor party and it was the highlight of the weekend. Great atmosphere, incredible staff, excellent food, and affordable drinks. If I could give 6 stars I would, we can’t wait to go back. Shoutout to Josie and Taylor for dealing with our crazy group!

We wanted to send our gratitude to X-Golf Parkville for having an impact on making the annual Thousand Oaks Halloween Trail an amazing evening for families and all the kids this past weekend! There were over 600 youth in attendance along with families, grandparents, and community members for a memorable night of fun. Their support helped us bring one of our favorite neighborhood traditions to life, complete with creative activities, spooky fun, and lots of happy families. Events like this aren’t possible without the generosity of local partners like X-Golf!

Such a fun place! Excellent time with my family. I got the private bay since we had little kids with us. Our server Maleah was wonderful. She was so attentive. She saw we had little kids and brought in blocks. She said they were for jenga but thought kids would like them anyway. This kept them occupied so the adults could golf. She took the time to explain everything since only one of us had ever been there. She was so sweet and thoughtful making sure we had a good time She clearly enjoys her job and working with people. We all had a great time. Highly recommend!

Meela and Alyssa, great bartenders. Love the place! They know how to make sure everyone is taken care of and are super friendly and x golf is a great atmosphere for everyone! if you visit you won’t regret it!

As a business owner I try to post positive reviews and focus on praise rather than complaints. I try to make sure to post real experiences and with that being said This place has DECEITFUL business practices. Our family of 5 went there and booked a weekday rate of $120 for three hours. We ordered chicken wings, tenders and a pretzel to share and my kids and I had standard beverage while the hubby had two cocktails Our bill ended up being $340! THEY CHARGED US A RATE OF $49/hr for the simulator (vs the $40) and they charged $2.75 for each drink refill. At no time did they advise that refills were extra. They only asked "would you like a refill?". When I explained my frustration they flat told me "there's nothing we can do". When I asked if there was a manager on duty they told me "no". So I took the card on the counter. And then the server asked me "so, you mean at restaurants they don't charge you for refills on drinks like Dr Pepper and Lemonade" This whole experience is INFURIATING. Never would I expect to take my family out to a location like this order traditional bar and grill food and get a bill for $340. BEWARE and avoid this place. There are MUCH better places to spend your money. I have written to the manager asking for a refund of the drink refills, the tip and a reduction in the simulator rate to match the online booking price. I'm cautious but hopeful they will do the right thing.
