I have been going to this location for quite some time now and every time has been a wonderful experience. Kris is very professional, friendly and attentive. The simulators are fantastic, and on the very rare occasion where there may be a technical issue, Kris is quickly there to fix the problem. I will continue to keep going back.

X Golf Novi is a great place for simulator golf. Faster play time and no sore back because of the automatic ball return! Awesome ! To add, Kristen is super professional and is concerned with your whole simulator experience, from setting up your machine to bringing your drinks. Good job X Golf Novi!!

Our recent team retreat at X-Golf was an absolute hit! Kristen's exceptional customer service, from the moment I inquired about reservations to the day of our event, set the tone for a memorable experience. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by her team, who went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and confident using the simulators. They patiently explained everything, answered all of our questions, and made us feel right at home. We laughed, we competed, and we created lasting memories – all thanks to the wonderful team at X-Golf. I can't wait to return for another round of fun!

Hosted a birthday party here. The staff was fantastic. Communication with their event team was clear, consistent, and timely. During the event, the manager was very kind and accommodating. The simulator experience was also great, user friendly and fun for golfers of any experience level.

I’ve been a customer here near weekly for about two years and have never had a bad experience. Kris has always been so friendly and attentive; she’s the best. Highly recommend this place!!
