X-Golf Fairlawn

I came in Friday the 16th with my family, I want to put 5 stars simply because of how Payton went above and beyond with my family and i but the other employee working just didn’t seem like she was happy to be there which sometimes puts a damper on the environment. But overall loved my experience and thank you again Payton for taking your time with my family.

X golf is a great place for indoor golf. However…. Felt terrible for the ONLY employee working while we were there. I watcher her bust her ass from checking people in, fixing golf bays, serving food and drinks, all with a smile on her face. I give props to the girl managing all that chaos while the place was packed. Please give her a raise, a bonus, something. We had a great time because of her willingness to go above and beyond to make sure EVERYONE was taken care of.

I called the business to schedule lessons and was directed to text Ron (golf pro) directly. After 24 hours and not even a text, I called the store again and was informed they would let Ron know I called again. Another 24 hours passed and I called only to be informed Ron is an owner and I have no escalation path. Stay clear of this place as customer service is a thing of the past.
