X-Golf Downers Grove

Visit was 3/7/26. They had literally one employee who had been there since the morning. He had no help and decided to just close early by 2 hours because he had somewhere to be resulting in us having our visit cut short. I don't blame him at all. Just surprised ownership doesn't hire more people. The guy was doing everything he could but not surprisingly having one employee made services slow. We also had issues with our bay and had to move over. I usually love X golfs other locations but this was a poor representation of the brand

Went for the first time and was impressed with coziness and layout. Becky was attentive and took care of us throughout. Were over charged due to website prices were not updated but Mike and Andres haves since refunded the difference, 5 stars plus !

I love this place, it feels so immersive from the tee box to the greens! Along with Abi making the experience here even better! Every time my friends and I come there, she’s always so welcoming, takes such good care of us, and remembers all our drinks! Despite her always having to wait on multiple groups, I’ve never had better service in my life!

Best Xgolf in the area. Amazing staff. Andreas, the manager, treats you with nothing but respect. Abi (short for Abigail) the best bartender around, she treats you like family. League play or for fun, this place is the spot.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER… Simulators don’t even work and won’t register. 7$ for a soda… that’s horrendous. Spent 40 minutes trying to figure out how to work it and the staff wouldn’t help at all. I would get a better experience hitting at the simulators at dicks sporting goods and door dashing food for even cheaper than what they charge here. DONT COME HERE !!!
