X-Golf Bel Air

We had our sons 10th birthday party at Xgolf. Christina was incredibly helpful with planning, their flexibility, able to make changes, her kindness was out of this world! Then, on the day of the party, received a phone call about my son's favorite colors for balloons. Tyler was awesome with the kids, the food was delicious. The cake pop station was a huge hit! The cute goodie boxes for the kids was a nice add on too. The staff did everything to make the party super nice. All we did was show up! Several kids said they wanted their own party at Xgolf too. If I could give this place a billion stars, I would!! Thank you thank you!!

We had the best date night here! The simulators are super realistic, the atmosphere is fun but still relaxed, and everything felt really clean and well-run. The drinks and food were great too, which made it perfect for a night out. Shoutout to the general manager Christina she was so welcoming and made the whole experience even better. We’ll definitely be back!

X-Golf is a 10/10! My family are frequently fliers do to the accessibility for us and our kids! The staff are so sweet and go above and beyond. We have taken our sons here for their birthdays and have been treated so great!

Went for my first time on 17JAN26. I had a great time. The space felt great and the staff was awesome. Had a bit of an issue with a gift card, having that gift card was the main reason me and the group I was with wanted to go, a reason to use it. The gift card was purchased early on when they were first opening and I’m not sure if they have moved to a new system, but other members in my family had already used their gift card at this location and didn’t have issues, but for some reason mine wasn’t working. At first I was told it was for a different location which really doesn’t make sense. This location is the only one that is local to us and that was something I did push back on. It’s nothing against the staff it was just weird. I told them they didn’t have to worry about it, and it would be paid for either way, but they honored the gift card and honestly I am very appreciate of that. I felt bad cause like I said, I did push back on being told the gift card was for a different xgolf location, and I apologized for pushing back but I think we all came to an understanding. Haha! Either way, I will 100% come back. It’s very simple to use, staff was there when needed and we all had a good time! It’s a great place to hit some golf balls in winter time! Thank you to Xgolf belair, if this gets read by anyone, you all are awesome, and I apologize again about the gift card situation.
