Location looked great. Service sucks 😕 😑 We even debated just getting up to leave. Drinks were okay but by the time they arrived we were already annoyed. We ordered everything all at once to avoid food delays. Food took forever. And then no one came to table. The place wasn't even that busy. And when we asked for our check another eternity. Then for her to come back and pick up the check was forever. Probly won't ever go back to this place again.

I recently visited WOB during my work travel. My coworkers recommended it to me on my first day. I must say, the service and food were amazing! I had one of their bowls, and the combination of flavors was fantastic. The waitress was friendly and attentive throughout my meal. On my second day, two other coworkers joined me. Despite the friendly waitress, the food wasn’t as good as we had hoped. We ordered the Mac and cheese balls as appetizers, but the presentation was mediocre. The favor lacked seasoning, which is something BJ’s restaurants are known for. We also ordered tuna nachos, and the tuna was overcooked in my opinion. To make matters worse, it took an hour to bring out our entrees, which we had to take to go. We also noticed that the table that arrived after us got their food before one of our coworkers even got up to find our waitress. It was a frustrating experience overall.

This is probably the worst experience I have had. We waited about 40 minutes for our food. Every side Dish seem to be an extra charged of two dollars. The birria quesadilla was as flavorless as it comes, the steak stripes were dried and flavorless and too damn expensive. Moreover, the service was terrible. We had to request other servers to assist in bringing us drinks and foods, because our waiter was taking too long. & to finish this off, at the very end when signing the receipt the wising came back and asked how our food and our experience was. My husband was very candid and explain that the food was alright but the service could have been better. The waiter (Kimber) walked off before my husband finished speaking, while rolling his eyes.
