Woody’s Top Putt

Best entertainment in Waycross! We were in town for the weekend to see the Oke Swamps and wanted something to do on Saturday night. This place was it! They have axe throwing with virtual games, golf simulator and a very cool mini golf that’s on 2 floors! Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area.

Cool place… but disappointed, when we went to order food was told a birthday party 2 days ago wiped out all their meat and only had appetizers, the $32 sampler was frozen fries. Onion rings, jalapeño poppers, chicken strips and fried pickles microwaved with ketchup and ranch, ax throwing is cool but the wood needs to be maintained, and the putt putt is pretty awesome, air conditioner is ok, our whole group was hot especially upstairs.

We were excited to check out the putt-putt and axe throwing, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The place was very warm inside with little to no air circulation, which made it uncomfortable. The food was greasy. No burgers were available and there wasn’t much of a drink selection—no real options beyond the basics. Not sure we had wine in our wine slushy. For the price, we expected a better setup and overall experience. Definitely not worth what they’re charging right now. Per person: 25$ ax throwing, 15$putt putt, 32$ for a horrible sampler.
