This gym has gone completely downhill in the last six months. I’ve been a loyal member for years — I go almost every day and haven’t canceled only because the location is convenient. But honestly, it’s getting hard to justify staying. Management is terrible right now. There’s no upkeep or maintenance. The place is just dirty. The sauna is disgusting, the pool has literal chunks missing from the bottom, there’s only one lifeguard for the entire area, and half the pool chairs are broken. They no longer have waitresses walking around, which used to be a nice touch. The wellness center? Basically abandoned. No more IVs, no B12 shots, no massage therapist (she quit), and I’m not even sure if there’s still a chiropractor — it’s a ghost town in there. The grille used to be great for meal prep or healthy food options; now it’s just shut down. And despite all that, membership is still $160/month — plus they started charging extra for Pilates. When I mentioned to management that prices keep going up while everything else is falling apart, the guy literally agreed with me and said, “Sorry this isn’t reaching your expectations.” That was it. If you’re thinking about joining, I’d honestly wait it out until new management gets things together. Right now, it’s just not worth the price or the frustration

Don’t waist your time or money. This gym consistently has broken equipment, 2 of the women’s spa chairs have been broken for over a year, the spa pool is out of service 2+ days a week, 3 bathroom stalls and two sinks have been broken since the summer, towels often smell like they were left in the washer overnight. There are not enough instructors and I’ve heard from multiple old instructors that management and ownership are horrible. The classes half the time are virtual meaning you, the paying customer are responsible for figuring out how to get the workout on the tv with their system, and guiding yourself, and the floors in the classrooms are DISGUSTING!! The only way they get mopped is if you request it be done. The managers are a joke and are only worried about being money in but not putting member dues towards keeping the gym up.

Place has lost a lot of its appeal. Just joined back a couple months ago and disappointed with what this place has gone to. Steam room was one of the biggest amenities I loved about this place but now it is just mediocre. Blows steam but no heat like it did in the past. Last upgrade or maintenance the men’s locker room seems to have had is the sauna bench when they were forced to replace it because it broke. Rust all over the place, tiles in showers and hot tub damaged where they can cause injury if not mindful. Seats that should’ve been thrown out 5 years ago. Overall no maintenance or pride by the owners and management.
