Venice Golf Center

There are not enough stars to describe the exceptional service and knowledge at Venice Golf Center. There are many golf stores where you feel like you don't belong unless you're a O handicap. This is not that place! I scheduled a full bag fitting, after over an hour hitting clubs. Will (owner) told me he would prefer not to sell me clubs at this time because if I fixed a couple of things with my swing, I would not be happy with the clubs he would fit me with on that day. I decided to take some lessons with Will and wow what a difference already! Will is a great instructor and makes it very easy to learn. I truly have a great time while there taking my lessons and feel at home. It is also a pleasure to watch how the staff interacts with customers no matter how much they are spending or what they are looking for. What a fantastic atmosphere they have created! A few more lessons and then new clubs... Thank You So Much Will!

The best golf store around. Selection is great. The staff is great. You can tell Will really cares about the people that stop in. He’s extremely knowledgeable about equipment and a masterful club fitter. I live in Fort Myers but this is the only place I’ll buy golf gear. The trip is worth it every time.

I went in to get fitted for a driver. It took over an hour going over different heads and shafts. Came to an agreed upon choice. They ordered the driver and the grip I wanted, even though it was suggested I use a standard grip versus midsize. After using my new driver, I did some experimenting and realized I should have the standard grip. It made all the difference. I’m now getting all my clubs re-grip. Their prices are standard pricing on most products, but I would rather work with local small businesses, especially when I get excellent service.
