Urban Golf

A pretty fun spot, very well maintained and clean. When we went only 3 bookings were there so it was fairly quiet but still good. It's nice that you can order food from Birminghams and it's delivered to you while you play. Only complaint I had was the music. We booked at 6pm so not late at all but for the 3 hours we were there it was 90% like heavy ghetto gangsta rap that was beyond vulgar. If they had a decent mix of music it would be better and more enjoyable.

It was a yucky day out so we didn’t feel like being on the courses dealing with the weather. We decided to come do some golfing here with the simulators. I loved that they encouraged you to bring your own clubs though it does seem they have some for rent. While browsing the site I actually noticed they had some lessons. For fun we decided to see if we could snag some last minute. My partner and I ended up doing an hour with Brody who fit us into his schedule. What a treat. He was so kind, patient and fun to work with. He didn’t make me (a beginner) feel stupid or ashamed. He explained things in a way that made it seem easy and no big deal. Exactly the type of instruction I needed. He said he works a lot with beginner women so understand their challenges. I would agree he does and he is excellent at this. After an hour I had better form & left being able to hit the ball 99% of the time with irons- in the past it was a 1:4 ratio with barely any lift off the ground. My partner enjoyed the experience as well, though he is more intermediate in skill, Brody was able to give him pointers on things to work towards for overall game improvement. Brody is a fantastic teacher and I will come back for more lessons in the future once I put the tips into action and progress based on his recommendations. The facility itself is smaller, easy to get booked up. Recommended to make reservations and it’s busier during the winter months. There is a large bar with lots of options for food and drink. We will definitely return during winter & whenever we’re around. I also plan to bring a friend for lessons too so we can progress together in a safe, nonjudgemental space. Also, the price of lessons for two is so affordable and worth it.

Really enjoyed it! Service was great and the simulator was a lot of fun. Food and drinks were reasonably priced.
