Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

its better than any other trampoline park ive been to. a big variety of things to do, good bathrooms, and good foods but a bit pricey for drinks. The only complaint i have is the workers dont pay attention... the kids are very disrespectful there. They stay on something for over like 30 mins and have so many people waiting and the workers dont do anything. Lots of kids never wait their turn, they run into you and just hog a spot while sitting on thier phone. I love coming to urban air but its hard to have a good time when the kids are so rude and the workers dont actaully do anything they just walk back and fourth. I went here today to just have a good time then waited over 40 mins for ONE kid to be done on the trampoline.. the workers walked by and even went up to her and did nothing. Then i was waiting for another one because i gave up on the first one, then about 9 kids ran infront of me and went instead. Then An adult saw it then started to make fun of me?? there are definitely things that need to be improved here but other from the people, the place is very good and fun to get energy out

Kinda disappointed with the whole visit. This is the 2nd time I go with my kid. 1st time was fun, but this time, one of the staff members must of been having a bad day because she wouldnt leave us alone. She kept following us around and telling us we can’t do anything. When my kid jumped in the foam pit, she told us we couldnt jump in there because the foam is “fragile”. Then, when my kid walked across the battle beam with his friend, she told us “only 1 person allowed on at a time” even though there was older kids on the beam just moments earlier, but only directed her comment towards us. So we then decided to go to the trampolines, to where she followed us again and made more comments. After getting annoyed, we decided to do the warrior course. My kid is almost 4 so he just wanted to try some of the obstacles without having to go through the whole course, there was nobody else doing the course, but the same girl came up to us again telling us we couldn't do it and visually getting frustrated. This person then decided to go get the manager and lie right to her face in front of us, saying that we swore at her and that we were apparently breaking all sorts of rules. She accused my sisters friend of swearing at her, even though she was standing by me the entire time and didnt say a word. After being there for less than 1 hour, the whole situation just sucked. Although the manager was reasonable and understanding with us, her worker just ruined the whole day. My sister and her friend came all the way from North Bay to experience something fun, but instead left disappointed and angered from the whole event. It was suppose to be a fun surprise for my kid, but we never got to experience everything because of one terrible worker who was power tripping. The fun was over at that point and unfortunately, my kid and his friend are the only ones that really got affected by it because they wanted to spend time there and have fun, but Miss Fun Patrol ruined that.

Want to give some kind recognition to Nila today! We have always had great experiences every time we come here to Urban Air and even chose to have my son's 7th birthday party here which went as great as could be. The staff is always amazing and exceeds expectations. Today Nila surpassed expectations yet again and did something super kind for my son and I this afternoon because of an earlier-than-usual closing time. We are incredibly thankful and appreciate the kind gestures. We will always be back. Thank you from us both! :)
