Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

We visited Urban Air today for a family member’s birthday party and I was very disappointed. First, there are many sections of padded tile out of place exposing concrete underneath in the play area. Second thing I noticed as I was going through the play area to find the entrance to the slide was a metal rod sticking out of the netting. This alone is very dangerous for young children who might be playing in the area without a parent. There is also an area that is VERY dark back in the corner. Another thing was that near the foam pit, there are mats that lack padding. If someone fell off the balance beam and missed the foam, they would smack themselves on the concrete because it looks like padding is there but it’s not. Lastly, while I was using the restroom, I noticed an employee came out of stall and exited the restroom without washing their hands. I feel that these minor fixes should be a priority to ensure the safety of all.

It is very spacious. My 2.5yr old found ways to enjoy himself between the jungle gym and trampoline. My 7yr old has a blast every time
