Uptown Golf

This place is usually pretty clean and really easy to use. Only reason for the low score, is that there was a dead mouse at the entrance. Doesn't really change me shanking the shots but not the best thing to see.

The simulator works well but it’s way too hot inside to concentrate on my swing. It’s mid summer and it’s actually colder outside. The whole point of this is to get out of the weather so If they could fork up the cash and make it comfortable for the user I’d actually come here more often and much longer.

Simulator kept disconnecting and not reading. They also only book in 30 min intervals so if you book a bay in the parking lot, make sure it’s not for passed time as it’s an option in their system. No live support so whatever issue you have, be it booking, faulty sim, you’ll have to waste your time, your money, hope they get back to you by email after your session, get pawned off on the first response, no answer or credit on the second email, then you have to be the guy that warns others on reviews so they don’t have the same experience. Just save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. Simulators are all the same anyways

Booking system was really convenient and easy to use. Entering into the facility was smooth and efficient with the link to unlock the door. The facility itself was really dirty- garbage was overflowing on the floor and empty drink containers all over ledges, broken tees all over the place (no exaggeration). Also, the right handed sensor on our sim would not recognize the ball- we spent over a minute each hole trying to get the sensor to recognize the ball (it eventually did each time but took over a minute and at least 15 ball drops each time a right handed shooter was up)...and when you play 18 holes and pay by the hour, this is a significant amount of time and money wasted. This place could be amazing with some daily cleaning and upkeep, and regular maintenance of their sims.

The sims are awesome, got some great useful numbers on my clubs. Nice to be able to work on things that get noticed during fittings. More importantly, I had a small technical issue and management fixed it and then more than made it up to me. They had a solution within hours of my problem(which turned out could have been resolved even faster if I’d called the number clearly marked on the monitor) Great product, great service.
