Simulator kept disconnecting and not reading. They also only book in 30 min intervals so if you book a bay in the parking lot, make sure it’s not for passed time as it’s an option in their system. No live support so whatever issue you have, be it booking, faulty sim, you’ll have to waste your time, your money, hope they get back to you by email after your session, get pawned off on the first response, no answer or credit on the second email, then you have to be the guy that warns others on reviews so they don’t have the same experience. Just save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. Simulators are all the same anyways

This place is usually pretty clean and really easy to use. Only reason for the low score, is that there was a dead mouse at the entrance. Doesn't really change me shanking the shots but not the best thing to see.

The sims are awesome, got some great useful numbers on my clubs. Nice to be able to work on things that get noticed during fittings. More importantly, I had a small technical issue and management fixed it and then more than made it up to me. They had a solution within hours of my problem(which turned out could have been resolved even faster if I’d called the number clearly marked on the monitor) Great product, great service.

Currently playing and was experiencing a disconnect issue where every few shots the simulator would disconnect and not read our shots. Messaged customer service, and within minutes we were refunded, moved to a different bay and given an extra hour of play. What an amazing experience.

Was a rainy Monday of a long weekend. We had a 720 tee-time for Black Bear Ridge but forecast was for heavy rain. We decided Sunday to cancel tee-time and hit the simulator. Nice facility and was clean and very easy to book and enter. Facility was clean and neat. Unfortunately we were not happy with the simulators accuracy. Yardages were all over the place. We are not scratch golfer by any means but we are all lows 90s high 80s golfers. When switching to practice (driving range) the yardages were more accurate. The inconsistent club yardages took the experience from a fun and competitive round to a hit it and guess what it will tell us. Over all a nice facility and easy location with fast and easy access and quick payment. Simulators are one of the best on the market but we feel that the calibration certainly needs some work. At least in bay 1.
