Twisted Tee Golf

I will start positive. The facilities are nice enough. Unfortunately the service is less than one star. I had a Groupon coupon and the lady I gave it to smirked and said "good you came in today as we are not accepting these after today". This despite an expiration date of 2/23/26 plainly stated on the printed paper. I smiled and let it go. After payment she simply pointed and said "last bay on this side". So we had to figure out how the screen worked on our own. Would have been nice if someone had given us basic instructions on options and setup. After we finished our hour, we noticed an advertisement on some of the tables about "Couples Night". We decided to inquire but were told nonchalantly, "that was a special we had last summer". So you have several advertisements out for some special that expired months ago! I hope that this was just one employee and is not representative. However, it was enough to make me decide I would go elsewhere.

I had an out of town golf trip coming up and wanted to work on my game. In just a few lessons, Nick really helped me improve my swing. I ended up having a great time on my golf trip and played very well (by my standards 😂). I’m convinced I wouldn’t have been able to do so without Nick’s help and the great facilities at Twisted Tee! I’ll also add that the lessons were very reasonably priced.

Had a great experience. Went by myself on a weekday. Got to bay for an hour. Staff was knowledgeable on how to work the computer system. Lots of fun!

The facilty is nice and staff is nice but the actually machine is garbage. Needs calibration bad also can't split bill correctly.

Let me start by saying I’m not a golfer so I have no idea what this is compared to other places. My rating is solely on what I experienced. Service: Great, the staff was helpful and answered all the questions we had. Experience: Fine, the games we played seemed a bit lack luster and not built for new comers or beginners. Value: using a Groupon for a two hour session it was actually pretty good because it was only about 38 bucks. What I didn’t find to be valuable was that with the rental of the bay you had to bring your own clubs clubs were not included. That was an additional $20 fee. Atmosphere: the atmosphere itself was actually really good. The music was good. The space between the bases is good. It’s not overly bright. It’s not overly dark. You really feel like you can enjoy yourself in the atmosphere. Summary: my overall opinion is that this is great for a lot of people. It is not great for me. It did not give me the enjoyment that I was looking for going here and that I think it could use some improvement my final opinion nothing to do with the staff or the place I won’t be back solely because it is not a place that is built for someone who is looking for recreational fun, but more built for someone who is looking to improve their golf game.
