Twisted Tee Golf

I had an out of town golf trip coming up and wanted to work on my game. In just a few lessons, Nick really helped me improve my swing. I ended up having a great time on my golf trip and played very well (by my standards 😂). I’m convinced I wouldn’t have been able to do so without Nick’s help and the great facilities at Twisted Tee! I’ll also add that the lessons were very reasonably priced.

TLDR: Nice place, but the simulator stopped working properly halfway through my time. Still charged me for the full hour ($49 and some change). That stings at nearly a dollar a minute. Here me out.. The place is clean and the staff were nice. The simulators are not great. I've been there twice and had issues both times. I went there today and one of their simulators (bay 4) would not read my drives for some reason. I tried everything, using their golf balls, my golf balls, different tees, resetting the program. Nothing worked. It would read about 1 in every 10 shots. The kid up front was nice. He took a look at it, agreed it wasn't reading right, and apologized. Like I said, nice kid. I'm not upset the simulator was having issues. Those things happen. I'm frustrated that it stopped working around the 30 min mark and I was charged for the full hour. That place can be fun when it's working right. Otherwise, it's just a super expensive lounge. One last thing. Twisted Tee, please don't bother reaching out to me. I'm not looking to get anything from you, or even an apology. I would rather you just do better with the next guy. Response Edit: Twisted Tee, I was genuinely trying to be polite and honest in my review. Your response seemed a little accusatory. Maybe I’m wrong here, but it feels to me as if you’re downplaying the situation and insinuating I need to take responsibility. 1. I never said I was having issues with my other clubs. I said it wasn’t reading my driver properly. 2. Bro, it doesn’t matter if nobody else had issues that day. Electronics can be weirdly glitchy for no reason. It happens. 2. The golf balls you provided didn’t not read properly either. 3. “Unauthorized” is a strong word to describe golf balls 😂. 4. I didn’t realize the guys up front when I first got there were the owners. They honestly seemed like good guys. They must have stepped out for a minute, or I must not have seem them when the bay was glitching 5. **MOST IMPORTANT** All I really cared about was getting a little bit understanding from y’all. Maybe a little more help trying to figure out the problem I was having in bay 4, or even a mild acknowledgement about the frustrating nature of the situation. I felt like I got dismissed, charged the full amount, and your response to my review definitely seemed a little accusatory.

Had a great experience. Went by myself on a weekday. Got to bay for an hour. Staff was knowledgeable on how to work the computer system. Lots of fun!
