Transcend Golf

Beautiful new facility in Kitchener North! The same great quality Trackman technology and lots of parking at this location. Always easy to access and easy to set up.

Started using Transcend Kitchener South location about 2 months ago. My first impression when I entered was wow....what a clean, well laid out facility! I quick connected via the QR code to my Trackman app and everything set up quickly. Very easy to use for practice and when I set up to play a course, it was quick and easy to do. I have used a similar no-employee attending simulator in Mississauga, but Transcend is a much nicer set up. I ran into an issue with someone in my bay going over his time which can be difficult to manage, but I called the customer service line and they immediately called the individual and asked him to leave which he did within 5 mins....the rep then added 15 mins to my time to make up for it!!. Very happy with the experience and cant wait to go back and see the renovations

Transcend Golf’s new Kitchener North location is absolutely fantastic. Great facility, clean bays, and responsive equipment. I’ve gone to this location a handful of times now and always enjoyed. Booking online is fast and simple, getting into the building is easy and contactless. Wide selection of courses to choose from, Trackman software is top notch. This has been my favourite place to sim in the KW area.

Top notch clean facility. Nice to have parking options unlike the doon location. Hopefully they’ll put one in Waterloo. Winter prices are gouging. You can get almost a round of golf for 1.25 hr of sim. Won’t be going much in the winter at those prices.

Good place and good price but dont like that they say you can show up 15 minutes early to set up but your suite is still booked at that time. So basically as soon as one person ends yours immediately begins and the you have to set up, sign in to computer, pick courses etc. So a good 10 minutes is not playing which sucks, they should give 15 minutes before each booking for suite to be empty. Especially when people stay longer than theyre supposed to.
